Eating curry may be a better cure for headaches than aspirin, according to new research. (and, effective without the negative side effects of aspirin). The active ingredient in aspirin, salicylic acid, occurs naturally in many Indian foods... Spices such as curry, cumin, turmeric and paprika are particularly rich sources of the ingredient. |
