Fill a bath with hot water,kneel down in the bath and place your head in the water and start to
blow out of your nose. lift your head,take a deep breath and repeat for at least another six times.Then lie back and relax for 10 minutes.your headache should start to ease now and should be gone completely in the next half an hour. |
