Remedy Description

You can use acupressure to clear the nostrils by applying deep thumb

pressure to thefeng-chir ('Wind Pond') points on the back of the head.

These points are located where the base of the skull and the cervical

vertebrae meet. Stretch the neck, find the points with the thumbs, then

press deeply and rub hard four or five times. Release and repeat several

times.
