Remedy Description

We are building our home from straw bale and adobe stucco. I experimented

with several different ways of mixing the mortar. One of these methods,

involved me mixing mud (mostly betonite clay), sand and straw, by foot, in

a large bucket.

During this time, I had stayed in a hotel and visited a hot spring bath

house. I do not know which one did it, but I contracted athlete's foot. I

hate this because it usually means I have to buy expensive sprays and

such. The condition usually lasts for weeks, even through the use of

expensive the medications.

So, when I was done mixing the mud with my feet, I would sit in a lounge

chair, with my muddy feet elevated into the sun. I let the sun completely

dry the mud. Then, I chipped the hardened mud off, and left the powdery

residue on, in my socks. I slept with my socks on and the dirt still on my

feet. During the day, I walked around in sandals so my feet would keep

dry. I made sure all my shoes were dried in the desert sun.

I can't tell you exactly how many mud applications got rid of the

affliction, but maybe 3 at the most. It was hard for me to count, since I

was making adobe every day for several weeks. I am sure it was the mud

drawing yucky things out of my feet, not the sand or straw.

All I know, is that my adobe mixing got rid of the Athletes foot in just a

few days, and it never came back. Make sure you use sandals at all bath

houses, showers and even in motel rooms.

If you try this cure, please let me know how it goes!
