Remedy Description

Mix equal parts of lard (Crisco if you are a vegetarian) and salt. About a

pound of each. Put the mixture on your head wrap it in a plastic bag or

shower cap. Wait 24 hours then wash your hair. The salt kills the living

bugs and the lard smothers the eggs. It's a messy affair but it works, a

very old remedy. --------- s

ps- wear a towel around your neck to catch the lard that melts out from

beneath the plastic.
