Just suck down a couple of tablespoons of mustard ,wash it down with a bit of
water to clear the tastebuds. RELAX...You will be amazed!!:)No More cramps:) Mustard has the spice turmeric in it which has been found to stop all kinds of cramps within a minute I was listening to the Peoples Pharmacy on National Public Radio. I tried it . WORKS like nothing I have ever tried before. |
