Remedy Description

I discovered this by accident when i had a bad case of broncitus, it

works, everyone who has tried it tells me it works.

WARNING; it's a little yucky, but it works!

Take a hot shower, turning the temp up a little as you get used to it,

and let the warm/hot water run on your back for several minutes while you

breath as deeply as possible.

When you feel that tickle in your throat warning of a cough, turn and

face towards the drain.

bend over like you are trying to touch your toes; hold on to something to

steady yourself.

Cough from as deep in your lungs as you can, this is the yucky part, when

you cough amazing amounts of green mucus/phlem will be expelled by the

cough. (This is why you turn towards the drain).

You will be suprised by how much easier you can breath.

Do this every day and it will keep your lungs clear while the antibiotics

your Doctor gave you will have an easier time killing the bacteria that's

doing this to you.
