For foot warts:
"Put duct tape over wart and wear for 6 days. Then remove the tape soak the area in water, and then use a emmery board or pumice stone to scrape the spot. Rapply tape the next morning. Continue for two months untill the wart goes away The duct tape irritates the warts which causes a immune system respones that attacks the warts. This apporach is non painful and is more effective then using liquid nitrogen. In a study at the Madigan Army Medical Center, near Tacoma Wash, It began with 61 patients between the ages of 3 and 22, but only 51 patients completed the study. Of the 26 patients treated with duct tape 85% got rid of their warts compated with 60% of the 25 patients who received the freezing treatment. This study was reported in 10/2002 in the Archieves of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine." duct tape lore: Duct tape was once used on the space shuttle to repair a part when the muliti-million dollar repair part wouldn't work...
