Remedy Description

My cat was recently neutered. Instead of stiching, which the animals

usually chew off, the cut was glued closed. To keep the cat from

licking off the glue I sprayed bitter apple on it to keep the cat from

licking it off. Cats do not like the smell of bitter apple. It worked

just fine. Bitter apple can also be sprayed on plants to keep cats

from eating the points.

This remedy also works for dogs. This powerful taste deterent was invented

by a pharmacist in 1960. Discourages fur biting, hair chewing, and hot

spots.
