Remedy Description

"Reflexology, according to the Chinese 6 major energy meridens end in

the feet: spleen, kidneys, liver, stomach, gallbladder, and bladder--

as do the major nervers of the autoonomouus nervous system. Massaging the feet therefore

stimulates the organs and glands associated with those meridens and nerves.

Cramped feet make for vramped organs, and these days almost everyone in the world

except barefoot aborigines suffer to some degree from cramped

feet. Indeed, the ancient Toaist text claim that a mjor cause of

impotence in men is energy blockage in sexual organs and glands due to cramped feet

and that vigorouis massage of the toes and soles prior to intercourse

helpssolve this problem.

Foot massage is easy to perform on yourself at home, and its benefit

are manifold. Use either the thumbs or forefinger kunckles to press

and rub deeply and rhythmically at the various vital foot points illustrated

in this chart:

Recently, Reflexology has become very popular in America. Howerver,

these systems, such as the Ingham method, have been invented in the last 100 years

These systems do not agree with the above Chinese foot chart which

has been around for 1,000 of years. Futhermore, some of the new charts

are even copyrighted by their "inventors". The Chinese chart is free.
