Prick the Vitamin E capsule; spread the oil onto the wart(s); cover the area and leave on overnight
(i.e. with socks for the feet, or a glove if on the hand, band-aid if another place). May have to do this for awhile... I did not keep track of time. I had a lot of warts on the bottom of my feet for a long time; so I started putting Vitamin E on them, as instructed above. I couldn't stand to look at them, so I didn't notice when they disappeared. But one day I looked at the bottom of my feet, and the warts were completely gone and have never been back |
