I also get bad leg cramps, especially when sleeping. At times I have come
up off the bed. Blood work shows everything normal. Nutritionist had me start to drink 1 cup of tonic water w/ quinne (diet or reg) every day. Guess what. Only time I get cramps is when I miss a day.
