hello there, i am 65 yrs old and frequently get cramps in my inner
thighs, to the point tears come to my eyes...my wife found an article in "prevention" magazine ... it goes like this -- take two table spoons of vinegar in a glass of warm water and enough honey to 'soften' the taste of the vinegar ... the warm water helps the honey to mix easily... well, when one is in tears one will try anything .... i couldn't believe it, within 1 to three minutes all traces of the leg cramp was gone --- i have use this method for a year and it hasn't ever let me down...
