"Cinnamon contains a phytochemical that helps those people with either
type of diabetes. Drink 1 quart of cinamin water every day. Add 3 tablespoons of ground cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of baking soda to 1 quart of boiling water. Reduce the temperature and simmer for 20 minutes, then store it in the fridge." |
