I just put about a teaspoon of tea tree oil in my ear. It was an accident. Will it damage my ear? I searched online and I found your site, but one drop and ten drops is different. ---------------- Editor: Flush out your ears with water use a ear wash bulb syringe... when done put a 2 to 3 drops of Vitmin E oil in them. |

I just found one site where they recomend to use tea tree oil for ear wax and plugs removal. So i bought a 100% pure tea tree oil and applyed it to my ear for 3 days. And my hearing has worsen. Only after I found this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tea_tree_oil and many more similar, where it says PURE TEA TREE OIL CAN CAUSE A HEARING LOSS!!!! IN SHOULD NEVER BE APPLYED INTO EAR!!! _______________ Editor: i agree it should not be used for ear wax. however, one drop has worked for a earache or on mucus surfaces. if you put a lot of tea trtee oil in your ear, thewn flush out your eath with water using a blub ear washer.and put 1or two drops of vit e oil in your ear... please be careful when using herbs always use a littleand observe the efect beforee using more... |
