This remedy really works!! I was scheduled for sinus surgery in 2004 and
someone told me about Catnip and Fenugreek & Thyme. The catnip opens your sinuses up and the Fenugreek & Thyme seems to dry the sinus out to bring relief. |

I take 3 catnip capsules per day and three fenugreek & Thyme per day at morning, noon and at supper. The catnip is also known to calm you down and the fenugreek and Thyme lowers blood sugar level in some people. |
