Dring one small cup of prune juice before you go to bed. In the
morning your bowel will move. The prune juice will take at least 8 hours to work. if you have constipation start first with natural laxative foods like prune juice, as a last resort use a herbal laxactive of psyllium husks. Never use commercial laxatives. They irritate colon like a wounded snake and hook your colon on rapid synthetic stimulation of your bowels which now makes your constipation a chronic condition. Taoist writer Ko Hung wrote: Those who aspire to longevity must keep their bowels clean; those who wish to delay death must keep their bowels unobstructed. |
