A couple times a week, I take some oatmeal, (about 3/4 cup) and enough water to moisten the
oatmeal, and i put it in the blender. I put this on my face for about 15 minutes, and i rinse with cool water. Oatmeal takes down swelling and redness, and has a slight drying affect. It is important not to use too much water or else it will run down your face. |
