Ever notice when a cat gets up it stretches? You should do the same
thing when you wake up. Bend over at the waste and let your arms hang down. Let the weight of your arms pull them down to the floor. Bend your kness slightly if you have to. Let the weight of the arms gently pull the palms of your hands to the floor. This make take 3 to 5 minutes. As your palms come to the floor you will feel the muscles relaxing as you stretch. You may also want to rub your Kidneys with a iron ball or ball in circular motions... one big circle clockwise to wake them up too. This will massage your kidneys. Do not press hard into your kidneys. Use gentle pressure. You can do the same thing with your intestines. Start at the belly button with a ball and do a spiral circle clockwise. This will massage your intestines and is known as the belly rub. |
