"Red
Nutrition research shows that red and bright pink fruits and vegetables contain phytochemicals such as lycopene and anthocyanins. Lyscopened reduces the risk of serveral types of cancer inclduing prostate cancer. Watermelon pink grapefruit and tomato- based products such as spaghetti sauce, tomato pasate and tomato juice are good sources of lycopene.
